10. Aston Martin DB9

The trust worthy DB9, beautiful, elegant and British. The convertible coupe used to have a high price tag and was still worthy of the list even back then, now however its reduced, still expensive but reduced yet it’s still one of the best cars on the road today. The car first started being manufactured in 2004 and is still in production today.

Another Brit worthy of its place, the small Rover Mini Cooper was one of the best models ever made. Little run around car that was extremely popular even with Mr Bean. A lot of people referred to the 90s model as the best the Rover Mini Cooper had a 10 year span from 1990-2000.

8. Bugatti Veyron

Ok don’t get too annoyed yet, the Bugatti Veyron is amazing it’s one of the best cars ever made and ever will be, it’s a speed lover’s dream. It’s legally a street car and is the fastest in the world the reason it’s where it is in the table is down to its price and production amount. The Veyron started being manufactured in 2005 and is still going today.

7. Alfa Romeo 156

Catherine Zeta-Jones as the advertising campaign, it couldn’t possibly go wrong. The Alfa Romeo 156 was launched in 1998 and went until 2006, it was expensive when it first launched but it was reliable and good or at least for an Alfa Romeo. Today it’s a bargain price if you can find a fully functional one of course.

Launched in Japan in 2007 and in the UK two years later the GTR is loved all over the world. The sleek and stylish car deserves its 6th place. The body looks fierce and ready to hit some high speeds, get your hands on one of the cars today whilst they are still in production!

When it first came out in 1998 the Audi TT had a rather futuristic and smooth feel about it that everyone just loved, it’s very close to being a modern day classic with a very respectable 5th place on the list. Get your hands on one of these if possible it truly is a classic, or soon to be anyway.

4. Lancia Delta Integrale
Cost New £25,500 – Cost Now £8,990
The slightly controversial choice but the Lancia although unreliable was fantastic, it looked amazing and had a rather old school feel to it. The Lancia started production in 1979 and stopped in 1994 yet is still price at a steep £8,990 but that’s for a good reason.

3. McLaren F1
Cost New £634,500 – Cost Now Varies Depending On Seller
This car is yet again linked to Mr Bean but it’s not Mini Cooper, Rowan Atkinson famously drove into a tree in one of these powerful supercars. Now a days the car is more of a collector’s item hence it not really having a price now, it’s extremely popular and very hard to get your hands on the car started production in 1992 and ended in 1998.

2. Volkswagen Golf Mk7
Cost New £16,495 – Cost Now £16,495 (it’s a brand new model!)
The golf has a gleaming reputation and is reliable, easy and beautiful. The car is a favourite with several motorists and has burrowed its way into British hearts making it the third biggest selling motor of 2013. The golf Mk7 as previously mentioned only started production in 2013.
