We feel this is worth a mention, Matt Carter one the Mangers here at Indigo Car Hire has again taken part in the Leeds Half Marathon raising much needed funds for St Gemma’s Hospice.
Matt commented ‘This is the 8th year running I have completed the event and can safely say this year was the hardest of all those years – I think with a combination of a 5 month old and 5 year old daughter at home, it has meant training was at a minimum, and my completion time of 2.09 reflected this. However it is the people at places like St Gemma’s (and there are many other places like them) that provide the inspiration to keep on running and simply get through’

Matt Carter finished the Leeds Half Marathon in 2.08.38 a respectable time seeing as little training was done and he finished with plenty to spare, ready for his 2nd full marathon in October.
