However this changes apply only to the car rental locations in UK. We are still able to offer our services to the young drivers under 21 in many other locations across the world.
The main condition for this type of rental is to provide a credit card. So that means we can’t offer car hire for young drivers under 21 with a debit card.

In spite of these new changes, we can offer car hire with no extra fees for the 21 and 22 years old in certain locations in UK.
However this offer comes also with few conditions: the driver must hold a valid driving licence for at least 2 years and he must be employed.

That means on these locations, the 23 and 24 years old can hire a car without any additional fees.
