The flashy sports car was seized by police after the driver of the vehicle was found to be behind the wheel of the \u00a3300k car without any car insurance. What may be a crime in itself however is that officers are weighing up the possibility of crushing the car, it should be an offence in itself to crush such as beautiful car.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Operation Cubo has been going since 2011 which is a step up in crime fighting against those who are driving without insurance. So far Operation Cubo has seen 10,318 vehicles seized as part of the operation in just under 2 years as it started in October. The police are proud of this operation and almost seemingly boast they have seized several Porsches, BMW X5s and a Ferrari which all got crushed as well as several other vehicles. What doesn\u2019t make sense about this case is that the car has a price tag of \u00a3300,000, yet the owner couldnt afford to insure themselves which is so easily done nowadays. <\/p>\n<p>The purple painted car is on show outside the New Scotland Yard as officers are torn between scrapping the beautiful machine and make it just another casualty of Operation Cubo or look for more options as what they can do about the supercar.
