To his surprise, he arrived at the branch in Lamezia and found that all of the shutters were down and there was no sign of the staff members at the Avis branch. The customer, obviously distraught and confused as to why the branch was not open, contacted Indigo Car Hire directly to establish why this had occurred.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The customer would have collected from the airport however the use of a debit card is not permitted at Lamezia Airport. However at Indigo Car Hire we are able to specialise in debit card car hire Lamezia Downtown.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Our helpful team were on hand to listen to the customers issue and assist the customer and reassure them that we would get this resolved. After speaking with the client we were straight on the phone to the branch directly to establish why the location was not open. After trying for around 10 minutes there was still no answer. Whilst on the phone with Avis customer services we established that the branch was supposed to be open from 8.30 am to 1pm.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The customer had arrived at 11am. After conversing with customer services for over an hour we finally established that unfortunately there was no way to reach the people who were supposed to be at the branch. Therefore Indigo Car Hire had to try and find the client another vehicle.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As we were not aware of another supplier who would accept Visa Debit cards we explained to the client that it may be a more viable option to go back up to the airport and speak with an alternative supplier and try to establish if they accept debit cards for car hire. Just to clarify, Indigo Car Hire can assist you with your car hire with a debit card Lamezia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Thankfully the customer was able to collect a car from an alternative supplier and is happily away on his holidays now.
