About Us

A product design studio for B2B SaaS teams

Designoholic is a product design studio based in Southend-on-Sea, UK, working with B2B SaaS companies across the UK, US and Europe. We’ve spent over a decade designing interfaces, brands and websites for companies including StudyMarket, Flinks, goLance and Indy Auction — from early-stage founders shaping a first product to established teams rebuilding one that outgrew itself. You can see more of it in our work.

How we work

Most design goes wrong before anyone opens Figma. So we start with the problem: who’s using this, what’s in their way, and what the business needs it to do. Then we design, build and ship — usually in weeks, not quarters. You work directly with the person doing the work. No account managers, no handover gaps, no juniors learning on your budget.

What we do

Product design and design systems

Interfaces for complex B2B software — dashboards, onboarding, settings, the screens most agencies avoid. Design systems your developers can actually build from. The goLance redesign is a good example of what that looks like in practice.

Brand identity

Positioning, visual identity and messaging that holds up beyond the logo.

Websites that convert

Built in Webflow, Framer or WordPress, designed around what you need visitors to do. See the full list on our services page.

Designing for AI products

AI features break most existing design patterns. Users don’t know what the system can do, when to trust it, or what happens when it’s wrong — and standard UI conventions have no answer for that yet. We’ve worked on it from both sides.

StudyMarket

Product design for an AI education marketplace as it grew into a full CRM. Dashboards, prospect and proposal flows, connection management, and a design system built on 218 tokens so the team could ship consistently without design in the loop for every screen. → studymarket.ai

Briefd

Our own tool, built and shipped in-house. It turns messy client input into a usable design brief. Building it taught us what these interfaces actually need to solve. → mybriefd.com

How we can help

  • AI design audits — where your AI features confuse users, over-promise, or quietly lose trust
  • Interface design for AI products — the patterns nobody has settled yet
  • Team workshops — getting your designers working with AI tools rather than around them
We also write about this on the blog.

Working together

We take on a small number of projects at a time, so the work gets proper attention. If the fit is right you’ll know quickly — and if it isn’t, we’ll say so. Currently taking on new projects for Q4 2026. Start a project → · info@designoholic.uk
